In this role, you'll play a crucial part in defining our data architecture and processes, as well as shaping the company's analytics roadmap.

Your Mission

  • Data Pipelines: Collaborate with team members to build data pipelines and implement both batch and real-time event-based ETL processes
  • Data Architecture: Assist on the Design, development, and the maintenance of the company's data architecture and processes.
  • Cross-Department Solutions: Liaise with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to identify needs, define tracking requirements and propose solutions.
  • Product Analysis: Generate analyses on product performance, user behaviour, and marketing actions.
  • Stay updated: Keep up with data engineering trends, engage in user communities, and share insights with your team.


Your profile

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Data Engineer or Analytics Engineer.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of SQL, ETL technologies (especially Airflow and dbt), and Python.
  • AWS: Familiarity with constructing and deploying data pipelines and services within AWS, including S3 and Redshift.
  • Data analysis: Knowledge of statistical and mathematical methods to analyze datasets and extract insights.
  • Data visualization: Experience with Tableau
  • Language Skills: Excellent level in both English and Spanish languages


Extra Bonus

  • Additional AWS Services: Familiarity with Kinesis, Lambda functions, ECS, Apache Flink..
  • Infrastructure Knowledge: Docker and Terraform.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science or Engineering)
  • Interactive analytics: Apache Zeppelin
